Privacy Policy

EverlySpark may receive information you voluntarily send by email. We do not currently provide user accounts, checkout, or an on-site email subscription form. If those features are introduced, this policy will be updated before or when the related processing begins.

Our analytics providers may collect device and usage information such as IP-derived location, browser and device type, referring pages, visited pages, approximate interaction events, and diagnostic data.

In the current analysis flow, selected face and wrist photos are processed in your browser using client-side browser and canvas functions. The analysis engine does not intentionally upload those selected image files to an EverlySpark server. Temporary browser object URLs are used for previews and released by the application. Optional analytics does not load unless you accept analytics. Avoid submitting a photo unless you have the right and consent to use it. We will update this policy if server-side photo processing or storage is introduced.

Google Analytics is optional and remains disabled until you select “Accept analytics.” Google Consent Mode records analytics storage as denied by default; if you accept, analytics storage changes to granted while advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization remain denied. EverlySpark does not currently use AdSense or enable advertising consent through this control.

After acceptance, we may measure coarse service events such as starting or completing an analysis, selecting a photo slot, viewing a result, or following a blog analysis or product link. Our custom event parameters do not intentionally include selected image files, filenames, preview data, email addresses, or other user-entered text. Google Analytics may otherwise process device, usage, interaction, and approximate location information under its own terms.

You can reopen “Privacy choices” and decline future analytics; the page reloads to begin a new view without loading those scripts. You can also limit or delete cookies through browser controls.

Some pages contain affiliate links, including links to retailers such as Amazon. When you follow one, the destination and affiliate network may receive click, referral, device, and purchase-attribution information. Their privacy practices govern activity after you leave EverlySpark.

We use available information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the service; respond to messages; and understand content performance. Information may be handled by hosting, analytics, communications, security, and affiliate service providers acting under their own agreements or on our behalf. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or address misuse.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant purpose, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or security. Analytics providers set parts of their own retention practices. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

EverlySpark operates from Canada, while hosting, analytics, and other providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries. Information may therefore be subject to the laws of the country where it is processed.

Depending on applicable Canadian privacy law and your circumstances, you may request access to or correction of personal information associated with you, ask how it has been used, or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis and withdrawal is available. Email everlyspark81@gmail.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where law permits or requires it.

EverlySpark is not intended for legal minors to use independently. A user who is a legal minor should not submit photos or other personal information unless a parent or guardian has reviewed the service, consented to the use, and is supervising it. A parent or guardian who believes a minor has sent us personal information may contact us for review.
